Questions and Answers to things that get asked frequently BEFORE booking...
Size – If you’re doing something like a bathroom remodel, chances are you’ll need more weight then size. Something like a 15 yard dumpster would probably be great. If you are cleaning out the house and looking to dispose of couches, tables, and other odds and ends, then you generally can’t go wrong with a 20 yard, but a 15 yard may get the job done. For extreme situations, such as a whole house clean up, you may even need more than one 15 or 20 yard container. Have a question about what will fit? Call +1 720 443 1857 and ask any question you like. We’ll do our best to give you an answer within a timely manner..
Weight – In order to answer the question of how much a dumpster costs it’s important to consider the weight. We include 3 tons of disposal for all of our rentals. This will generally be perfect for a residential job, but if the dumpster does go over it’s allowed weight guidelines… Don’t worry! We simply ask that you pay for your extra weight. Our standard rate of disposal is $100 a ton, but we’ll round it to the next tenth and may offer discounted rates on disposal depending on the area and material you are removing. For example if your rental included 3 tons, but your total weight was 3.19 tons, we’d simply ask that you pay for 0.2 tons for a total of $20.
Length of Time Needed – How long someone may need a dumpster for is a frequent question that comes up. Some need them for a day, some need them for a week, and some might even have a long term project. We offer 24 hour (+ $20 a day additional), 3 days (+20 a day additional) and 7 day (+$20 a day additional) rentals for our roll off dumpsters. If those don’t fit the scope of your project – give us a call and see if we can’t get an answer to fit your needs.
What can go in the dumpster? - Pretty much anything except mattresses, appliances, batteries, paint, flammable liquids, tires, dirt, rock, gravel, concrete, and asphalt or tile shingles, unless previously quoted. Also, all trash can not exceed the top of dumpster, we must be able to roll the tarp over the top when we haul it away. If you do have any mattresses or appliances that need to be disposed of please let us know and we will provide you the rates for those specific items.
How early should I reserve? – The simple answer to this question is: The sooner the better. The moment you place your reservation we allocate a dumpster to have for your project. Generally you can place an order and have it same day, but if you know the project is coming I would recommend you place the order at least a week in advance. This allows us to frequently organize your drop off in the most convenient way possible. When orders are placed in advance, we might be able to get it out to you early, ensuring no delays on your project.
