Selecting the appropriate dumpster size depends on the nature of your project. For a bathroom remodel, where weight is typically more important than volume, a 15-yard dumpster is often ideal. If you’re cleaning out a house and disposing of larger items like couches, tables, and miscellaneous household items, a 20-yard dumpster is generally a great choice, though a 15-yard option might also suffice.

Weight plays an important role when determining the cost of a dumpster rental. All of our rentals include 2 to 2.5 tons of disposal weight, which is usually sufficient for most residential projects. If your dumpster exceeds the included weight limit, there’s no need to worry—we simply charge for the additional weight.

Our standard disposal rate is $80 per ton (rounded to the nearest tenth), and we may offer discounted rates depending on your location and the type of material being removed. For example, if your rental includes 2 tons but your total weight reaches 2.5 tons, you would only pay an additional $40.

The duration of your rental depends on the scope of your project. We offer flexible rental periods of 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days for our roll-off dumpsters. If you need additional time beyond what was originally scheduled, we charge $20 per extra day. For long-term projects or unique timelines, give us a call—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our dumpsters can handle most materials except for certain restricted items. Prohibited items include batteries, paint, flammable liquids, tires, dirt, rock, gravel, concrete, asphalt, or tile shingles (unless previously quoted).

Additionally, the contents must not exceed the top of the dumpster, as we need to secure the tarp over it before hauling it away. If you have mattresses or appliances for disposal, please let us know in advance so we can provide specific rates for those items.

We recommend reserving your dumpster as early as possible to ensure availability. Once you place your reservation, we allocate a dumpster specifically for your project. Same-day delivery is often possible; however, if you’re aware of an upcoming project, placing your order at least a week in advance allows us to schedule delivery in the most convenient way for you. Early reservations may even allow us to deliver ahead of schedule to prevent any delays in your project timeline.

Typically, you will receive a call between the time your order is placed and the day before the scheduled delivery. We do our best to accommodate your schedule and specific requests; however, drop-offs are generally scheduled in the order in which they are received.

We will always communicate a clear time frame for pick-up. In most cases, you can expect your dumpster to be collected the morning after your final rental day or within 24 to 48 hours following the end of your rental period.

Once the dumpster has been picked up, we’ll handle disposal of its contents. If there are any additional charges—such as fees for exceeding the included weight limit or for prohibited items—they will be billed at this time. You will receive a detailed invoice reflecting these charges.
